In the growing market for hydrogen-powered aggregates - e.g. fuel cells - there is a need for cost-effective hydrogen sensors. Due to the properties of hydrogen and the still limited experience with this colorless gas, there is an increased need for safety.

Hydrogen sensors (H2-sensors) can meet this demand. Due to their high manufacturing costs, common sensors are currently limited to few areas in the industrial environment. After years of development work, we are now able to produce hydrogen sensors that react quickly to even the lowest hydrogen concentrations. In addition, they can be produced cost-effectively with performance features that are not available on the market up to now.

neo hydrogen sensors GmbH manufactures and sells both - hydrogen sensor elements and -systems. The advantages of these sensor systems in brief:

  • short response and decay times
  • large measuring range
  • low power consumption 
  • no expensive measurement card required for recording measurement data
  • microprocessor-controlled signal recording and output
  • temperature-, pressure- and air humidity compensated signal evaluation
